This includes the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and applications, ensuring data security, supporting staff with technical issues, and aligning technology initiatives with the organisation's strategic goals and digital plan.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Implement Alwyndor's Digital Plan through engagement with key stakeholders and a service-centric approach ensuring alignment with Federal Department of Health and Ageing Digital Health strategy.Ensure all ICT activity occurs within the ICT Governance framework.Lead and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, new implementations, and process improvements.Lead and develop the ICT team to improve business processes and reporting/analytics outcomes.Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control.Monitor expenditures and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff proficiency with ICT systems.Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.The ideal candidate will have:Degree qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.2+ years in senior ICT leadership position.An ability to provide, adapt and continually improve processes, systems and procedures with ongoing development and training of staff to ensure adoption.Ability to develop, nurture and manage positive working relationships through highly developed leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.Strong knowledge of business process improvement, data analytics, integration and process automation.Experience with regulatory compliance related to data protection and healthcare.You must also be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate before commencing employment as well as a functional assessment.We are a family-friendly community organisation and understand the importance of work/life balance.
