About the opportunity: With continued growth we are looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Business Advisory team in Perth. You will have the opportunity to work with emerging and growing businesses ranging from startups to established private businesses and multinational corporate groups. You will take the lead on client deliverables, ensuring not only the fulfillment of their end-of-financial-year obligations but also providing a positive and seamless client experience as they navigate the business landscape.
Key Responsibilities: Works directly with clients and partners to proactively solve problems and form trusted relationships;Advises clients on practical and commercial issues and develops solutions which genuinely add value to the clients' business;Shares knowledge, best practices and industry market trends to actively increase the overall knowledge of the team;Coaches and develop junior staff within the team;Delegates and reviews work of junior team members;Identify, research and resolve complex accounting and taxation issues;Delivers complex tax planning for clients;About you: Business / Commerce degree with Accounting MajorCompleted CA or equivalentDemonstrable experience in Professional ServicesPrevious experience managing junior team membersCommitted to continuing professional developmentHas developed internal and external network of specialists, professionals and associationsWhat can we offer you?
