Haynes are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a valued client based in Andergrove, Mackay. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Overseeing a team within a fast-paced kitchen.Enforcing food safety standards and general workplace health and safety policies and procedures.Assisting with managing cash and EFTPOS reconciliation.Providing customer service and resolving complaints in a professional manner.Training and Coaching team members.Inventory management.On Offer: Permanent Full-time position10 Day Fortnightly roster with every second weekend off1pm to 9/10pm dailyMandatory Requirements: Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehiclePrevious experience with team management / supervisionAbility to work a rotating roster including weekend/nightsExperience working in Hospitality is advantageousAt Haynes, we keep things simple: We back the talent of our people and land the jobs that best suit their needs.
