The Organisational Development at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your opportunity The position is responsible for providing high-level leadership and management in the delivery of organisational development services within Mackay Hospital and Health Service (MHHS), including advice on organisational change management, workforce and succession planning, strategic human resource planning, and workforce engagement.To manage, coordinate, and integrate future-oriented workforce planning for health priority areas, population groups, and reforms in workforce development across MHHS.This position reports directly to the Executive Director People & Culture.About the Team The Manager Organisational Development is accountable for delivering Workforce Reform, Workforce Planning, Strategic Initiatives & Policy, and Workforce Engagement.This position is responsible for the following functions:Organisational DevelopmentWorkforce Planning & AnalysisStaff WellbeingAbout our Hospital and Health Service Mackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services, and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff. The district covers an area of approximately 90,000km2 and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine, and Sarina.
