About the role As a Business Services Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and working closely with the Principals in the Business Advisory team and provide exceptional services to clients by delivering high quality advisory and compliance services. The Role entails:
Working on clients in the Top 500 private wealth groups and large family groupsConduct first review of accounting and business services assignmentsAssist in preparation of tax planning and research to provide valuable advice to clientsFacilitating onboarding of new clientsInvolvement in planning and organising resources to meet client timeframes, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget and to high quality standards focusing on job profitability and meeting productivity and billing targetsIdentify and implement measures to help the team meet key performance indicators such as team productivity, fees and work in progressSupervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff, ensuring high-quality output and effective knowledge transferAbout you You are a professional individual who aligns with our CARE values (Collaboration, Agility, Respect, Enthusiasm), someone who wants to add value to a team and firm looking to make the right move for their career, ideally possessing the following highly desirable attributes:
2+ years experience as a Manager in Public PracticeExperience working with larger client groups including consolidated group structures.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidentlyBe able to demonstrate leadership and team management skills including mentoring and developing team members while managing your individual workloadCommitment to building client relationships and delivering exceptional client serviceHave a proactive approach in your role as Manager to actively analyse, identify and implement solutionsPossess a strong degree of accuracy and keen eye for detailWhat we can offer you We help our team members create the career they desire and offer additional benefits such as:
