As a Business Process Manager, you will lead Business Process Excellence programs, leveraging your expertise in Business Process Management, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Your role will involve designing and implementing process improvement solutions, facilitating process redesign workshops, and gathering requirements to deliver tangible business outcomes for our clients. You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and apply your strategic thinking to solve complex business problems across a diverse range of industries. Using your proficiency in process design, particularly BPMN 2.0, you'll drive operational excellence initiatives. Your strong communication skills will be crucial in building client relationships, while your leadership abilities will ensure successful project execution. As a key team member, you'll contribute to our thought leadership, help generate new business, and play a vital role in maintaining our firm's reputation for delivering exceptional results.

What will make you successful in this role? 5+ years experience minimum in a process improvement roleA strong background in leading Business Process Excellence programs of work with strong capabilities in Business Process Management, Process Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and, above all, a track record in delivering tangible business improvement outcomesDemonstrated success in delivering process improvement solutions, including the facilitation of process redesign and requirements gathering workshopsProven effective leadership skills with a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teamsDemonstrated ability to implement operational excellenceAbility to generate new business thinking strategically, conceptually, and creatively to solve complex business problemsDegree qualified in engineering, business, project management or other suitable disciplineProficiency in process design, particularly BPMN 2.0Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified or aboveSelf-starter who demonstrates ownership, accountability and growth mindsetHighly desirable behaviours – High Performing, Resilience, Willingness to learn, Collaborative, Problem Solver, Authentic; Accountable, Caring and quality driven How to apply?
