As the Manager, Integrated Service Responses - Prevention and Reform, you are responsible for leading the development and delivery of programs and initiatives aimed at addressing the underlying drivers of violence against women and improving system responses to domestic, family, and sexual violence (DFSV). You will manage a team to implement Queensland's Plan for the Primary Prevention of Violence Against Women and deliver reforms aimed at expanding and enhancing integrated service responses.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating and supporting whole-of-government input to meet commitments under the Primary Prevention Plan and to better integrate service responses to DFSV.Providing timely, trusted, and effective leadership and advice to ensure programs and service responses deliver the intended outcomes and are aligned with government commitments and strategic objectives.Proactively identifying opportunities for improving integrated approaches to prevent and respond to violence against women and leading and influencing change.Providing leadership and support across the team to build the capability of team members, and foster a stimulating, inclusive and supportive work environment.Planning, organising, directing, and evaluating team priorities to ensure that key deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.Coordinating and/or preparing complex briefings, reports, and memoranda on a wide range of subjects, including confidential and sensitive matters.Supporting broader branch and divisional priorities, including through contributions to reform initiatives, reporting, and other ad-hoc requests.Technical Skills, Abilities and Cultural CapabilityStrong knowledge of DFSV and the DFSV reform program.Contributes to workplace equity, diversity, respect, and inclusion that enriches our culture of respect and inclusion.Has integrity and cultural sensitivity in decision-making.Negotiates or exchanges ideas, information and opinions with others to formulate policies and programs and/or arrive jointly at decisions, conclusions or solutions.Analyses information, problems, situations, practices or procedures to define the problem or objective.Organises material, information and/or people in a systematic way to optimise efficiency and minimise duplication of effort.Manages a team, providing sound guidance, coaching and mentoring.Applications will remain current for 12 months.
