Description As the Manager of Adele House, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation service, ensuring the highest standards of care and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape innovative AOD programs, motivate a dedicated multidisciplinary team, and make a positive impact on the lives of those we support.
Requirements Tertiary qualification in relevant field such as Social Work, Social Science, Community Welfare or 5+ years of relevant experience. Proven management experience, including operations and team leadership. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Expertise in drug and alcohol rehabilitation and mental health, with experience in evidence-based interventions and care planning. Knowledge of community resources, including health, mental health, legal assistance, employment services, and accommodation. Strong WHS knowledge and experience managing complex caseloads.
