We are looking for a Manager – Identity and Access Management to own Identity and Access management services and platforms, including security and compliance management, across both information technology and operational technology.

Reporting to the Head of Technology Platforms and working in a collaborative and supportive environment within our global Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) team, you will: Define and manage the Identity and Access Management Strategy, Architecture & Roadmap in collaboration with IS&T Strategy and Enterprise Architecture functions Develop, operate and support the technology that comprise the Identity and access management services/platforms – be that directly or managing a vendor to do so Ensure platforms and services are safe, stable and secure, and that it meets the availability expectations of the business Approve, prepare, plan and manage new or changed services Manage the performance of systems and services in terms of their contribution to business outcomes, financial costs and sustainability Look after multiple Chapters, all centered around the same or closely related capabilities Ensure alignment and consistency across the group Focus on broader capability development and inter-chapter collaboration Guide Chapter Leads under your supervision Ensure SOD/SOX and compliance controls are monitored and operated effectively and support Internal and External Audit Ensure first line of defence is setup and operated effectively What you'll bring If you are excited about the role and think you have what it takes but your experience doesn't align 100%, we still want to hear from you.
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience with managing a high performing team, providing vision and direction Exceptional presentation, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills with demonstrated ability to communicate in both technical and business language to a diverse range of stakeholders Technical knowledge of Identity and security capabilities (skills, technology and process) DevOps experience Excellent understanding of risk management Excellent understanding of working in a global role/global organisation If you are applying for the role based in Montreal, Quebec, fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
