You are proactive in identifying ways to enhance the customer experience and streamline operations, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.In this role, you will also provide technical leadership, driving the performance of the team as well as providing key focus on effective management of the ICT Infrastructure footprint and optimisation of the operational infrastructure environment.To be successful, you'll have:Relevant qualifications and significant experience in a similar role in managing ICT operations across a blend of internal and externally provisioned and managed ICT services.Ideally with an infrastructure background and significant experience managing technology teams covering Service Desk, Cloud Ops (Azure preferred), and System Engineering.Significant experience managing service delivery teams based on ITIL methodologies and practices.Strong culture building skills including the ability to build high performing teams through coaching and performance development.Experience developing and managing to detail SLA's.Strong communication and negotiation skills and proven experience in management of supplier contracts and their performance.The ability to develop a strong focus on customer service and identifying the needs and pain points of end users.This role presents an opportunity for a proactive individual who is passionate about maintaining a high-performing ICT environment and services, making a meaningful impact on their career in an organisation that values its culture and working environment.
