Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is a key one within the organisation.The role involves delivering on workforce planning, recruitment, policy refinement, and performance management frameworks. Additionally, it is responsible for developing and delivering our Learning & Development program and maintaining our Learning Management System. An understanding of the industrial relations legislation (Award and Act) is a key requirement. The position works with Corporate Services to administer payroll, so experience in this area is crucial.On the safety front, the role acts as a mentor to the WHS team, manages safety systems, and ensures the implementation of safety management plans.
