Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is key within the organisation.
The role involves delivering on workforce planning, recruitment, policy refinement, and performance management frameworks.
Additionally, it is responsible for developing and delivering our Learning & Development program and maintaining our Learning Management System.
An understanding of the industrial relations legislation (Award and Act) is a key requirement.
The position works with Corporate Services to administer payroll, so experience in this area is crucial.
On the safety front, the role acts as a mentor to the WHS team, manages safety systems, and ensures the implementation of safety management plans.
This position requires a proactive leader who will integrate the safety and HR strategies to promote a culture of accountability, continual improvement, and organizational growth.
