As the Manager HR Business Partnering, you'll be at the forefront of transforming our Human Resource Business Partnering team, as a key team within the People and Culture Directorate evolving our service delivery model. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner team, the Director HR services, and other leadership colleagues to create a well-integrated and contemporary service that balances addressing immediate issues with developing and executing strategic initiatives in collaboration with People and Culture colleagues and our customers.

What's on offer?
Remuneration package of up to $166,569 p.a.
Salary range: $136,035 to $145,990 p.a. (AO7)4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading12.75% employer contribution to superannuationLead and develop a high-performing HR Business Partnering team to deliver strategic, data-driven HR initiatives, interventions, and solutions that align with organisational goals, foster strong business relationships, and proactively address workforce challenges.Focus on strategic partnership and scalable solutions to support THHS leaders, empowering leaders and minimizing where possible the high-volume one-on-one issue resolution matters.Leverage data and analytics to provide leaders with actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and proactive problem-solving efforts, and strategic workforce planning.Role requirements Tertiary qualification in human resource management, industrial relations or related field is highly desirable.A relevant master's qualification is considered highly desirable.Professional membership of the Australian Human Resources Institute is desirable.Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.Why Choose Us?
