About the Role: This role oversees key operational and governance areas, supporting organizational compliance, risk management, and business continuity. By fostering a positive workplace culture, the Manager will lead teams to ensure compliance with HR, WHS, and Quality Management systems while driving innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Oversight:Manage HR, Payroll, WHS, and governance activities to align with organizational mission and values.Provide strategic advice on audit, risk, and compliance matters, ensuring accurate data analysis and reporting.Risk & Compliance:Maintain governance and risk registers in collaboration with senior leadership.Develop and implement measures to improve WHS and Quality systems.Team Management:Supervise teams to ensure business continuity, provide mentorship, and cultivate a values-driven workplace culture.Oversee system implementation, particularly HRIS platforms like ELMO or similar.Stakeholder Engagement:Build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to proactively address emerging needs and risks.Represent the organization in business development activities and funding submissions.Benefits: SCHADS Level 7 salary range with NFP salary packaging up to $15,900.5 weeks of annual leave with 17.5% leave loading.Birthday leave and additional benefits tailored to promote professional growth and well-being.Skills & Requirements: Qualifications: Relevant degree with significant experience or equivalent expertise.Experience: Demonstrated expertise in compliance, WHS, and quality systems, with strong HR leadership skills.Communication: Exceptional consultation, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.Cultural Competency: Ability to embed values-based team approaches and strategic operational planning.Compliance: Current open driver's license, Working with Children Blue Card, and NDIS Worker Screening.Desirable: Postgraduate qualifications in HR or related fields.Experience with ELMO HRIS systems and payroll management in community services or faith-based organizations.How to Apply: Click APPLY, email your resume to ******, or call Emma at 02 7251 1606 for a confidential discussion.
