We are seeking a Manager HR Business Partners – Operations to join our INPEX People & Capability team in Perth on an Employee Permanent contract.

Key responsibilities include:
Lead the Operations HR Business Partner Teams Onshore, Offshore and in Perth to support the HR strategy, providing expert HR support across field and support operations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the operations leadership team, developing HR solutions that support business objectives.
Aligning HR strategies with business objectives, addressing workforce challenges, and promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with HR leadership to design, implement, and evaluate HR strategies that align with business priorities and enhance operational performance.
Successful candidates will have the following:
Degree in Human Resources Management Broad experience in HR management or similar roles Demonstrable experience providing high level HR business partnering service in both corporate and operations, maintenance, and/or projects settings In-depth knowledge of labour laws, contemporary HR policies, and employment instruments relevant to field operations.
Effective leadership skills, including strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.
