Manager HR Business Partnering, Queensland HealthThe Manager HR Business Partnering is responsible for leading, guiding and operationally managing the overall performance of the generalist Human Resource Business Partnering team and its service delivery.
In this role you will work with the team, the Director HR Services and other leadership colleagues to ensure the HR business partnering model is affected by the People and Culture function for a well-integrated and contemporary service delivery, balancing the emergent issues with identifying and executing planned initiatives across the health service. This will require you to lead and work closely with the HR Business Partners to ensure workplace investigations, employee grievances and conduct and performance matters are managed in an effective and timely manner.

Salary range: $136,035 to $145,990 p.a.
