Ongoing Full Time Clerk Grade 11/12 Package up to $181,614 pa. Package includes salary range ($139,787 pa to $161,663 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Greenacre (office-based three days per week and remote working up to two days per week) About the role: As a human resources expert, you will lead the HR Advisory Services unit in the monitoring, reporting and delivery of HR advisory services, including the provision of advice on role & structural change, entitlements, award provisions, performance management, workplace conflict and management of disagreements. About you: Demonstrated leadership skills and experience; with a record of achievement in human resource and/or employee relations management including structural change Experience in the interpretation and application of industrial instruments, legislation, policies, procedures and awards.
