Senior Administrative Officer 1 (Remuneration Package $150,506 - $167,941) Housing and Property Maintenance - Southern Ongoing vacancy in Tennant Creek The Housing Program Office is responsible for the planning, design management and delivery of the Northern Territory's (NT) urban and remote housing infrastructure program, land tenure and remote lands planning.
As Manager Housing Property Services, your primary objective is to deliver leadership and management to the unit to enable effective, high quality, culturally appropriate delivery of public and Government Employee housing services and other related programs in accordance with relevant legislation and Departmental policies and procedures.
The role undertakes and oversees the delivery of Contract Management in line with business programs to achieve better housing and employment outcomes for Aboriginal people.
In return, you will receive a competitive remuneration package, inclusive of 11% superannuation, 6 weeks' recreational and 3 weeks' personal leave (pro-rata), up to 17.5% annual leave allowance and additional paid leave to cover the Christmas – New Years' Day shut-down.
