Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical) Catholic Homes is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join the Home Care North team. The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and management for the effective delivery of all aspects of a safe and high-quality Home Care Package Service to Catholic Homes Incorporated (Catholic Homes) Home Care Clients, their families, and employees.

The Manager - Home Care North reports directly to the Head of Operations Home Care.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with other Regional Managers to propose a high-functioning framework to deliver quality services to Catholic Homes' clients, their families, and other representatives. Ensure Home Care processes are being followed and standards maintained in the assigned region. Identify opportunities to engage new stakeholders by increasing advantaged care brand awareness and generating leads. Achieve goals set in the strategic plan for the Home and Community Care unit. Ensure the Home Care Package program is provided within the limits of funding and that care is delivered in accordance with relevant guidelines and standards set by the Department of Health and/or Department of Social Services. Develop positive relationships with key stakeholders – clients, family members, Aged Care Assessment Teams (ACAT's), doctors, social workers, and other health care professionals. Manage the Home Care Package Team to meet daily timelines and client requirements to efficient and effective standards in the allocated location. Ensure regular audits in Home Care Package areas of service delivery are completed/collated and include employee input and collaboration. To be successful in this role you will be/have: Minimum 5 years' experience supervising or managing a team. Sound knowledge of Home Care Package funding and government requirements. Excellent understanding of Aged Care Quality standards. Ability to foster excellent teamwork. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and ability to build trust, credibility, and rapport across all facets of the organisation.
