Key Responsibilities: A strong desire to deliver high quality disability services focused on excellent customer service and growthComprehensive knowledge of human rights-based and person-centred active support principles and approaches, including positive behaviour supportStrong leadership capability with the proven ability to coach, mentor and develop high performing teams through authentic engagementStrong financial acumen with the ability to effectively co-ordinate and own management outputs (including budgets and rosters) and be accountable for delivering against organisational strategies, targets, and prioritiesBenefits of working with Aruma!
