Permanent Full-Time | Salary: $142,759 - $150,873 + SuperJoin a collaborative and supportive teamExcellent workplace culture and opportunity to make a differenceAbout the Role As the Manager - Health, Safety, and Wellbeing, you'll play a crucial role in our client's safety culture, ensuring compliance with HSW legislation, and leading initiatives that foster a safe, healthy, and high-performing workplace. Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, you'll:
Lead HSW Strategy: Oversee and implement strategic workplace health, safety, and wellbeing (HSW) program.Drive Cultural Change: Foster a sustainable safety culture by engaging with leaders and staff across all offices.Provide Expert Advice: Offer strategic and operational HSW guidance to senior leaders, managers, and committees.Build Strong Relationships: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Workcover, Work Health and Safety Queensland, and more.Manage Projects: Lead HSW projects, maintain a compliant Safety Management System, and introduce proactive risk management strategies.Key Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Experience in delivering and managing HSW programs, including psychosocial and physical risk management.Expertise in data analysis, risk assessment, and implementing creative solutions.Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.Strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence and drive positive outcomes.A commitment to fostering an inclusive and safe workplace culture.Desirable Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications in HSW or a related field.Experience with compliance and safety management systems.Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordination experience.Why Join Us?
