You will collaborate with local communities, government bodies, and other stakeholders to address healthcare needs, ensuring that services are both effective and sustainable.About You:You are an experienced and dedicated healthcare leader with a strong track record in managing health operations, particularly in challenging or underserved environments. With a minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare leadership, you have developed a deep understanding of the complexities involved in delivering quality care in resource-constrained settings.You have proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, including clinical and administrative staff, and are adept at driving operational efficiency and improving healthcare outcomes. Your leadership is characterised by your ability to inspire and motivate teams, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and resilient work culture.In addition to your leadership skills, you have essential experience in managing budgets, resources, and operational processes, and you understand the financial aspects of healthcare service delivery.
