Manager/Head Barista

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Barista/Cafe Manager to lead our team and elevate the overall coffee and cafe experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care. Manage daily cafe operations, including inventory control, order management, and staff scheduling. Provide leadership and guidance to the cafe team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure a clean & tidy working environment for all staff & customers. Ensure exceptional customer service through effective communication and attentive service. Uphold and enforce health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Barista and in cafe management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience. Ability to manage inventory, track expenses, and optimize operational efficiency. Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
