How You'll Shine: The responsibility of this role is to deliver qualified In-House and Rental tours to designated sites and to meet and exceed the department budgets KPIs.
Recruitment, training, and performance management of the Universal Marketing Agent teamsManage day-to-day operations of Universal Marketing AgentsMonth-end reporting requirements in accordance with company proceduresAdhere to all company and regulatory requirements with regards to Universal Marketing Agent ActivitiesMeet and/or exceed the departmental budgeted expectations, in production and cost efficienciesEnsure all employees stay current with required government licenses and work permits as requiredDefine the responsibilities of the Universal Marketing Agent teamsBe responsible for marketing budgeting and cost accounting systemsSchedule guests for maximum efficiencyProvide regular coaching, mentoring, and feedback to the team to ensure continued development and identify training needsTravel to resort and sales locations as requiredIdentify trends/root causes and take action to ensure desired results are achievedHow You'll Be Rewarded: Build your career with a value-driven organization that promotes continual growth and development for its people.
