About the Role
As the Group Training Manager, you'll lead a team of Apprenticeship & Traineeship Consultants across South Australia, driving business growth, retaining valued clients, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on support, including managing a reduced caseload of apprentices and trainees.
Your role will focus on:
Leading, mentoring, and supporting your team to achieve excellence. Driving business development and networking to secure new Host Employers and industry partnerships. Overseeing and enhancing the apprentice and trainee experience, from recruitment to ongoing welfare and performance. Collaborating with schools, industry forums, and stakeholders to promote opportunities and strengthen relationships. What You'll Bring
To excel in this role, you will need:
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring. Expertise in apprenticeships, traineeships, and the employment services industry. Proven ability to build relationships with employers, schools, and stakeholders. Exceptional organisational skills, with a focus on compliance and customer service. A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges and opportunities. Formal qualifications in business management, human resources management or a related business discipline are highly advantageous. Evidence of approved ATAGI COVID Vaccinations, or a valid exemption as required from the relevant government health authority. A current National Criminal History Record Check (Police Clearance), current Working with Children Check and a current Drivers Licence. Why Join Maxima?
