We are seeking an experienced Manager Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) to join the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA).
This role is required to work collaboratively to support a multi-disciplinary team incorporating governance, compliance (including privacy), risk, quality, internal audit, business continuity and facilities services.
This is a permanent full-time position, located in the Brisbane CBD.
The role of Manager GRC at the RTA is a critical position within the Financial and Assurance Services division.
This role is responsible for implementing and overseeing the RTA's governance, risk and compliance frameworks, as well as developing and implementing initiatives to drive effective GRC management across the organisation.
This role will support the delivery of strategic and organisational objectives by driving GRC management, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, enhancing risk management practices, strengthening internal controls and compliance, and facilitating effective communication with senior leadership.
This role is also responsible for the preparation of complex documentation for the Board and Audit and Risk Committee.
