Manager, Funds Transfer Pricing & Finance ReportingJob Description

The Manager Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) Reporting is responsible for designing, developing, and managing FTP reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting on Net Interest Margin, product margins, cost-of-funds (COF), and balance sheet risks. This role also offers opportunities to expand responsibilities within Bank Finance, Data & Analytics, or the broader Treasury team.

How will you make an impact Design, deliver, and document FTP reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FTP methodology and standards.Provide timely financial reporting on Net Interest Margin (NIM), product margins, and monthly financial analysis on revenues, costs, and Return On Capital (ROC).Conduct financial modelling for forecasting and strategic planning, focusing on FTP margins and risks to support business inquiries and analysis.Monitor FTP margins and risks, offering insights and explanations for variances, and validate assumptions with Product and Treasury teams.Drive business process improvements and provide commercial and financial advice on margin and risk management. What you will bring to the role 3-5 years relevant experience in FTP methodology and within BankingHands-on experience with transfer pricing processes and associated reportingRelevant accounting, commerce or finance degree qualificationsExperience in financial modelling, business projections and financial reportingKnowledge of Treasury including IRS and funding
We are seeking a candidate with expertise in Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and a robust finance background. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Treasury and financial risk management, a proven track record of driving results, and excellent analytical skills. Essential qualifications include a deep understanding of banking margins, advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling, and familiarity with FTP systems.

Additionally, we value excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex information effectively. The ability to innovate and challenge current methods to improve efficiency and drive process improvements is important, as is providing insightful financial analysis and advice.
