Job DescriptionThe Role As Manager, Fund Operations, you will report to the Head of Fund Registry and be responsible for overseeing the live operations delivery of a Fund Registry Pod. You will manage all operational resources, support client onboarding and expansion, and ensure daily SLA compliance.
In addition, you will contribute to the development and implementation of standardised procedures, identify opportunities for operational improvement, and facilitate staff training to enhance productivity and reduce risk.
Responsibilities Accountable for the delivery of live operations for a Fund Registry PodManagement of all Pod operational resourcesSupport the onboarding and expansion of the Pod client baseManagement of incident reporting processAccepting and meeting Client daily SLAContribute to development and implementation of standardised proceduresIdentify and prioritise development opportunities to deliver operational productivity and risk reductionFacilitate the development of the operational training program and implement across all Pod operational staff - The Automic WayDeliver a 100% fund capacity increase per PodDesired Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated Capabilities Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in Fund or Share RegistryStrong understanding of the fund industry and regulatory requirementsExperience managing operational resources and overseeing client onboarding and expansionProven track record of meeting SLAs and delivering operational excellenceAbility to develop and implement standardised procedures to improve operational efficiencyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate training and developmentAbility to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team towards achieving targets and goalsDiversity
