In this Manager role, you will:
Draw data from various sources to create valuable insights for key stakeholders.
Drive reporting in the Fraud Operations team and deliver an uplift to our data and analytics.
Deep dive into data to get to the root of the problem and deliver valuable solutions for our customers and colleagues.
Provide guidance and support to your direct report(s).
What you will bring:
Proven experience with data, reporting and analytics and relevant associated systems (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Splunk, Python).
Demonstrated experience in a leadership role.
Willingness to speak up and challenge the status quo.
Exceptional communication skills and proven experience influencing stakeholder decisions.
Experience within fraud operations is preferred, but not a must.
