This pivotal role combines leadership, project management, and operational oversight to ensure excellence in electrical services, fire protection, and HVAC systems across the region.
About the Role As the Manager – Fire and Electrical Projects (Regional), you'll oversee the successful delivery of projects and operations across multiple sites, ensuring optimal service standards, compliance, and safety.
Your ability to lead teams, optimise resources, and manage stakeholder relationships will be essential to maintaining CEFA's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership Lead and support teams across Canberra and NSW, ensuring adherence to operational standards.Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture through strong leadership and clear communication.Regional Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.Implement strategies to drive efficiency and improve service delivery across the region.Staff Training and Development Provide regular training and development opportunities, ensuring all team members are well-equipped to perform their roles.Mentor staff, offering performance feedback and supporting professional growth.Performance Evaluation Monitor and review team performance, addressing any underperformance proactively and developing improvement plans where necessary.Safety and Compliance Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and conducting regular audits.Maintain compliance with CEFA's safety protocols and industry standards.Budget and Resource Management Manage regional budgets and resources, driving cost-efficiency without compromising service quality or safety.Client and Stakeholder Relations Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.What You'll Bring Strong leadership and management experience, preferably in fire, electrical, or HVAC systems.A deep understanding of safety and compliance standards within the industry.Proven ability to manage projects across multiple locations while maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and client relationships.Why Join Us?
