Manager - Financial Crime Assurance - Australian Bank JS Careers are currently seeking an Internal Audit Manager, ideally with experience leading and executing reviews across financial crime compliance obligations relevant to financial services. The successful individual will play a key role in managing stakeholders across the group and in the evaluation of risk and controls.
Key responsibilities will include: Manage end-to-end reviews in accordance with the annual audit plan.Perform evaluation of risk and controls of business units being audited through discussion with business unit management.Produce internal audit reports with findings and practical recommendations to mitigate the risks identified.Ensure that the group auditing standard is adhered to.Involvement in ongoing reviews of major new products/system implementations.Provide ad hoc advice to operational units in developing and maintaining a strong control environment.The suitable candidate will possess: 3+ years of internal audit experience, preferably with experience in auditing within the financial/professional services sector.Sound knowledge of banking products and accounting standards preferred.Awareness of regulatory/financial crime compliance controls.Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience managing key stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
