This role will drive contemporary service delivery for the Finance and Payroll Services team, providing a broad range of services across the service arms within the Department. As a senior manager, you will bring a collaborative leadership style, stakeholder management skills, and extensive experience in payroll and financial systems.You will lead a team of payroll and finance professionals, fostering strong relationships to continuously improve service delivery. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including service arms and the State Fire Commission.Your responsibilities will include budget analysis, introducing efficiencies within the teams, and overseeing financial and payroll reporting requirements. You will be working in a collaborative team environment, bringing high-level interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism to the role.Pre-Employment ChecksThe Head of the State Service has determined that a person nominated for appointment to this position must satisfy a pre-employment check.
