Management (Community Services & Development)MASP is a not-for-profit organisation located in Mildura, Victoria.We're seeking a high performing individual with relevant qualifications and managerial experience to fill the ongoing Manager role in our Family Safety team.The Manager Family Safety leads services that promote the safety and wellbeing of victim survivors of family violence and vulnerable families in the Mallee and Far West New South Wales.The Manager oversees MASP's operations in the Mallee Orange Door, the Family Safety Housing Support program, Domestic Violence Response Enhancement (DVRE), and Restoring Relationships.The role includes strategic planning, program oversight, performance, supervision and fostering partnerships to enhance resources, promoting a safer environment for affected families.Expected commencing salary of $128,583.50 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
