About the roles: Mens Outreach Service Aboriginal Corporation (MOSAC) provides a range of support services to men, their families, and communities in the Kimberley. We are looking for two new key members of our senior leadership team to support our growing organisation. An exciting opportunity is available to use your dynamic and collaborative leadership, to support a diverse team doing challenging work.
Your duties will include: Responsibility for direct line management and support of Teams Leaders and oversight of designated programs including ensuring program deliverables, funding and reporting requirements are met Ensuring that operations are of a high quality, client focused and deliver effective, respectful services to clients Drive improvements, policy development and review, and contribute to strategic planning. Support strong and proactive risk management. As the successful applicant, you will have: Tertiary qualification relevant to role Highly developed leadership skills, experience in managing staff including significant HR experience. Driving a positive, productive, and accountable team culture, and supporting the wellbeing of all staff. A good understanding of Aboriginal culture and an ability to communicate effectively in the Kimberley cultural context Experience in adhering to and managing budgets and ability to interpret financial reports Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in written format A high level of integrity in maintaining organisational, client and staff confidentiality Significant experience working with vulnerable populations ideally in the NFP sector or community sector Requirements and relevant information: Applicants must hold a 'C' class drivers' license with no restrictions Aboriginal applicants are strongly encouraged to apply Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa Applicants must have a willingness to obtain a national police clearance If this sounds like you, and you are interested in working for a grassroots, community focused and valued organisation then contact Sarah Macnee, Chief Operating Officer on or call 0437 840 128 for more details about the position or to request a JDF.
