The role: The Manager, Faculty Insights and Analytics is responsible for leading the Faculty Insights and Analytics team to provide analysis of faculty, university and sector-wide financial, student, course evaluation and research data to assist in faculty planning and reporting. The Manager, Faculty Insights and Analytics will utilise their expertise to anticipate business requirements and ensure the provision of high quality, efficient and effective planning and analysis that supports effective decision-making across and within the faculties. The position leads the academic workload allocation function from a system and process perspective and provides strategic reporting to Faculties and Schools to enable continuous improvement.
