You will be working as part of a dynamic two-person team, with the support of many other areas of the Australian Museum. You will oversee the successful execution of this prestigious annual program, aimed at recognising and rewarding excellence in Australian science.Your day-to-day activities include securing new sponsors, maintaining relationships with current sponsors, creating and executing marketing strategies to attract quality entries, managing the entry and judging system, coordinating the judging process, leading publicity for finalists and winners, and organising a successful black-tie event to celebrate the winners.It's an exciting role which will have you collaborating with colleagues from across the Australian Museum as well as leading scientists and science communicators from across the nation.Employment Status:OngoingFull time 35 hours per weekYou will be paid a competitive annual salary of $106,025 – $117,363, plus employer's contribution to superannuation (currently 11.5%) and annual leave loading.About You: We are seeking an individual with a positive, outcomes-focused attitude.
