Manager Entertainment VenuesOverall effective management and strategic leadership of Council's Entertainment Venues' operations Motivate and lead a team of Entertainment Venues staff in a dynamic environment that has delivered 196 unique events across 265 event days and 283 performances or sessions in the last yearPlay a key role in Council's Entertainment Venues Division where over 75,000 tickets are sold every yearCOULD THIS BE YOU? Council is seeking a motivated leader who is a passionate and dedicated people person, committed to delivering outcomes for the overall effective management and strategic leadership of Council's Entertainment Venues' operations.
You will have extensive experience managing a team, stakeholder engagement and management skills as well as the ability to develop, produce and implement strategic operational plans.
The Manager Entertainment Venues is responsible for: ProgrammingVenue hire and functionsStrategic managementMarketing, promotion and networkingGeneral administration and producingTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED A Degree in Arts & Cultural Management, Event Management, Creative Practice or Producing, Business or similar or equivalent relevant experienceDriver LicenceWorking With Children Check (WWCC)INTERESTED? Salary range: Grade 23 -$151,318.04 - $163,739.28 per annum including 11.5% superannuation for a 35 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
