Experience: 18+ years of professional experience in software design and development, with at least 8 years in a managerial role leading engineering teams, preferably in a software product-based organization.

NET,. NET Core, etc.) and familiarity with modern software engineering practices.
8+ years working on a large n-tier application with rich business functionality.
Proven success in delivering large-scale software projects with global impact, utilizing Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a results-driven approach.
