The Manager, Enablement and Change is focused on enabling change and transformation related to strategy, technology, people, process and culture.
Responsible for ensuring the people elements of enterprise initiatives are enabled to deliver organisational objectives, and maximising employee adoption and usage by providing leadership activities across the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA).
MTIA has a significant portfolio of business enabling capabilities that have been developed through the adaptive I&T Strategy.This role provides enablement and change leadership capability across the portfolio to ensure key project (change) and operational (run) initiatives are successful.
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Strategy, Value Delivery and PMO, this role works closely with the I&T Leadership team, extended I&T team and across MTIA to ensure I&T is aligned with business objectives.
