About this role Our Employment Solutions team provides specialist tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients with particular focus on employment taxes including global mobility arrangements, FBT, payroll tax, superannuation, employee share schemes, remuneration planning and salary sacrifice arrangements.

We are therefore seeking a manager to join our Employment Solutions team, who appreciates:
Using your technical capabilities to help your clients solve complex problemsEnjoying your work and your teammatesDriving innovation for us to be the best we can beAchieving growth and being part of a successful team that has genuine CARE for one another.Key responsibilities Consulting and advising on a wide variety of FBT, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, ESS, PAYG and employee versus contractor matters, including cross-border issues and auditsProviding international assignment consulting and compliance services across a range of clients and mattersFBT policy and procedure developmentPayroll Tax complianceDesigning and implementing share plans for C-suite and all other levelsTeaming with data and technology experts to help design automated toolsCoaching and mentoring team membersSkills & experience You'll be agile, responsive and most importantly you will bring the right attitude to continue learning.
Your passion for understanding your clients' businesses will see you go beyond addressing technical issues to developing actionable growth recommendations.
This role will suit someone with the following skills, experience and attributes:
