We are seeking a full-time Manager, Employment Relations for our diverse National and International business, where the sky truly is the limit!
Location: BRISBANE / SYDNEY / MELBOURNE / GOLD COAST

The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Manager, Employment Relations to join our People & Culture team in one of our facilities in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne or our head office on the Gold Coast.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the objective of the role is to develop, implement, and manage a contemporary industrial relations strategy and framework for dnata catering & retail Australia.
The role is accountable for providing expert guidance and advice to all areas of our business and fostering effective union relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Working with leaders to co-design a negotiation strategy and roadmap; Leading Enterprise Agreement planning, negotiation, and implementation; Management of external matters and representation at hearings; Development of effective tools and resources for compliant and respectful internal employment relations.
The Person This role will suit someone who has deep industrial relations experience, who is also willing to bring a fresh approach that is tailored to our business.
The successful candidate will bring previous success in building and executing a long-term industrial relations strategy that strengthens our internal and external relationships.

This role requires relevant qualifications and the ability to influence through formal and informal communication.
Success will be building confidence through delivering great quality work and taking ownership of the right work.
We are looking for someone who brings a contemporary approach to industrial relations and who will complement our team.
