As the Manager Employee Experience, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive, engaging, and supportive work culture that enhances the employee journey at LCHS. Reporting to the Executive Director of People, Learning and Culture, you will design and implement strategies to engage top talent, ensuring a positive and fulfilling workplace experience for all staff.
Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including employee feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and wellness strategies.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with LCHS values.Drive strategic workforce planning and ensure employee experience is integrated into key business processes.Oversee the design and delivery of onboarding, training, and professional development programs.Champion initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing, satisfaction, and overall work-life balance.Lead and drive a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with OH&S regulations and fostering a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.Manage employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to ensure a harmonious workplace environment.Analyse employee data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.About You:
