Dynamic leadership role within the Communications & Media team Full time, ongoing position at our Hawthorn campus HEW Level 8 salary + 17% superannuation and benefits About the Role We are seeking a passionate Manager, Employee Communications to develop and implement integrated, strategic communications plans to promote and maintain Swinburne's reputation as one of Australia's leading universities.
This is a pivotal strategic position responsible for the development of innovative, engaging, and purposeful communications strategies for our employees.
In this dynamic role, you will lead Swinburne's internal communications function and work collaboratively with the Operations Portfolio, as well as other portfolio communication managers.
You will maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working across functions to achieve our communications objectives.

About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: Demonstrated excellence in developing and executing creative, results-driven communications strategies and content that support organisational goals and objectives.
Demonstrated excellence in managing the production and distribution of innovative, engaging and purposeful content across external, internal and social audiences.
Experience working effectively with stakeholders on the development and execution of strategic communications as well as negotiating deliverables and managing expectations within available resources.
Experience in providing direction and support to staff that reflects agreed priorities and ensures delivery of high-quality work aligned with communication objectives.
Qualifications Tertiary qualification or substantial relevant experience in corporate communications, PR, media or a related field.
