Manager, Education Support (Sydney Medical School) Use your exceptional management skills to lead the Education Support Team across multiple sites on campus and at our clinical schools to ensure the successful delivery of the Sydney Medical Program.
Provide operational support, and strategic and policy advice to the Sydney Medical School academic leadership team, and input to the development of teaching and curriculum support strategies.
Full-time, Fixed Term opportunity until 31 August 2026 with a Base Salary of $140,913 + 17% superannuation.

As such, we are seeking a Manager, Education Support (Sydney Medical School) to join our Education portfolio to lead and manage the education support team across multiple sites (campus and clinical schools) to ensure the successful delivery of the Sydney Medical Program, and in collaboration with the Director of the Sydney Medical Program, take the lead on developing strategies to continuously improve and monitor quality and performance of the program's delivery.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Provide operational advice and guidance on matters of education strategy and policy. Provide strategic advice and operational leadership to the Director of the Sydney Medical Program. Provide effective leadership, management guidance and support of the education teams operating in the SMS. Lead a diverse education-focused team to ensure timely delivery of quality educational programs. Establish and nurture strategic and operational relationships with partners connected to education delivery. About you To be successful in this role, you have: Demonstrated ability to translate and implement strategic changes into local operational practices. Excellent client focus with the ability to build partnerships. Proven leadership and management skills. Experience delivering education programs, preferably in a tertiary education environment. Effective and tactful communication skills.
