We have a fantastic opportunity to join GOTAFE as the Manager Education Planning. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee the annual course review, course planning, and Training and Assessment Strategy (TAS) processes at GOTAFE. Your focus will be on ensuring that educational practices adhere to high-quality standards and align with strategic goals and industry needs. Additionally, you will manage product profile initiatives and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance course design and performance, driving continuous improvement within the education division.
As the successful candidate you will have:
Significant experience in educational planning, course development, and quality assurance within a vocational education and training (VET) environment.
Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management, with a proven track record of coordinating complex projects.
Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making and drive improvements in course design and educational productivity.
Deep understanding of the VET sector, including industry standards, regulatory requirements, and funding contracts.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate successful project outcomes.
A relevant tertiary qualification.
If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:
A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)
A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)
A current Driver's Licence (Car).
