The Manager of Education Analytics and Insights oversees a team and works closely with RMIT's Data and Analytics unit and the RMIT Student Feedback staff within CEIQ. The incumbent is responsible for leading educational data analysis to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and enhance the student experience.
This role requires a dynamic and visionary leader with strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. The Manager will influence critical stakeholders across various cohorts and collaborate with senior members of the Education portfolio to design, implement, and evaluate metrics and indicators that align with the University's strategic objectives.
To be successful in this position, you'll have:
Proven ability to lead complex analytics initiatives and drive strategic outcomes, managing competing workflows and deadlines.
Robust analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to synthesize and communicate large quantities of data from a variety of sources to enable informed decision-making in a complex environment.
Experience and passion for leading, motivating and fostering a positive team culture, focused on continuous improvement. 
An ability to deal with people at all levels of an organisation, including liaising with senior executives and a broad range of stakeholders across the University.
Demonstrated excellence in engaging with trends and innovative practices, facilitating ideation, and executing strategies for complex innovation and transformation.
