This role will suit a qualified and experienced individual who will lead a high performance team and who is looking to make a positive impact on the lives of others in the Sunshine Coast community.The PositionLead and drive performance excellence in delivering quality and compliant disability services across NDIS programs, including Supported Independent Living, 1:1 Community Access, Group Supports, and Workmates.Responsibilities of the role include:Provide operational support to Team Leaders and Coordinators ensuring high-quality and compliant service delivery.Regularly monitor, report on, and address compliance and service delivery gaps for continuous improvement.Provide strategic leadership by reporting weekly on program performance to the General Manager - NDIS Services.Supervise and mentor Team Leaders, fostering a high-performance culture.Strategically review and plan staffing needs with Team Leaders to ensure current and future workforce requirements are met.Lead initial participant meetings and complete onboarding processes.Develop financially suitable Rosters of Care with the Team Leader - SIL.Investigate and resolve cancellations and complaints for program improvement.Assist in strategic planning and growth activities, developing and implementing Disability projects to meet organisational goals, including financial targets and timeframes.Build and maintain stakeholder relationships for exceptional service delivery.The Successful ApplicantTo be considered for this opportunity you must meet the following criteria:Tertiary qualification in Business, Community or Social Services or a related field, with management experience leading similar Community Services programs. Project Management qualifications are desirable.Knowledge and expertise in delivering Disability programs, with a strong understanding of NDIS, legislation and regulatory requirements. Understanding of SCHADS Award (desirable).Proven experience in business planning, budgeting, resource management, regulatory frameworks, and quality improvement.Success in strategic thinking, problem solving, critical analysis, risk management, and cultural change, achieving organisational goals.Leadership skills to lead a high-performance team, managing priorities with an adaptive management style and strong organisational and interpersonal skills.Minimum of 2 years managing a team within the NDIS.Additional Information:An attractive remuneration package, including salary packaging, up to $15,900 per year tax free!
