Create impact as a Manager, People Platforms Product Your Role As a Manager, People Platforms Product you will ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement of Technology Services through the management and development of the People Platforms at IAG.
You will be responsible for establishing the relevance of the People technologies within the rest of the enterprise.
As a Product Manager, you will have the overall accountability of the People Platforms and provide leadership and oversight to the Product team, ensuring the team is aligned to business strategy and the People technology roadmap, which includes being across emerging technologies and how they might fit into the People tech roadmap.

You will manage the overarching governance of the platform across the business and will be responsible to set the direction and strategic vision for the platform.
You will be empowered with the authority to make decisions that impact the platform and do so in alignment to the business strategy and governance.

Key responsibilities include: Develop platform roadmaps across all the people technology systems in this functionManagement of SAP and associated PPR tooling, and all other PPR systems and toolsetsIntegration with other toolsets as requiredContribute to the development of simplified Enterprise management strategyApply and embed Product Ownership and ensure compliance with the Well Managed Framework, including all delivery and operations across the technology systemsAdopt Agile ways of working for your team with a strong customer focus (internal and external)Identify opportunities for cloud adoption, automation and simplificationConduct service reviews to identify potential performance improvements or minimize risk of business failureWork closely with the Delivery Manager to ensure partner resources are effectively managed and operating according to IAG standards and expectations This is a permanent role open to candidates anywhere in Australia.

Experience in managing large and complex initiatives/projects across multi-disciplined teamsExperience managing Technology Operations teamsExperience in ERP systems and Agile SDLC experienceProven experience in SAP FundamentalsUnderstanding of Product Management disciplinesExcellent Technical Acumen and an understanding of operational/service processes to design, build and support reliable solutionsExperience using agile techniques to plan work into sprints; i.e., defining a definition of done, estimating, and defining User Stories and acceptance criteriaExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
