The Role Reporting into the Head of Digital Channels and Individual Execution, the Manager, Digital Channels role is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity to replace an internal candidate currently on secondment within the organization.
You will be responsible for driving value through the Digital Life Insurance channels and our digital assets such as our MLC Life Insurance public website.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing our digital strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and enhancing the total customer experience. You will succeed in doing so by leverage industry insights, customer feedback, and technological advancements to optimise the digital platform and achieve exceptional business outcomes by way of driving digital adoption and increasing digital interactions.
About you An experienced Digital Manager or a Senior Product Owner with people-management experience, you possess a minimum of 7+ years of experience in the digital landscape within the financial services and/or insurance industry.
A passionate and experienced people leader, you have prior experience in management a team of product owners and can oversee delivery of any key initiatives in a values-stream based organization.
You possess the ability to design and execute on the strategic roadmap for your digital channels, with the ability to also put forward business cases for the executive team to continually drive incremental value for your portfolio.
Lastly, you possess outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) that will enable you to influence and drive key decision making across the organization.
