About the Role Our Corporate Finance service line have a rare opportunity to welcome an Assistant Manager / Manager within the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside leading Partners and Managers on a variety of Corporate Finance services across a broad range of industries.
Some of your key responsibilities include: Independent Experts Reports – working with our market leading team to prepare reports for shareholders across a range of transaction types including takeovers and Schemes of Arrangement.
Valuations (businesses/intangibles/derivatives) - undertaking research and analysis for support of the assumptions considered in valuations.
Due diligence engagements - undertaking in-depth analysis of company information and financial statements Building and reviewing integrated financial models Conduct research on companies, the economy, industries and comparables using CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, the internet and other dedicated research tools Research opportunities and prepation of proposals Mentor and supervise the work and development of junior team members About You A relevant Tertiary qualification Obtained post graduate studies such as CA, CFA or similar.
Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a mid-tier or large Chartered environment.
Strong communications skills with the ability to work within a team and autonomously.
